Josh - this was way cool. I didn't know that tidbit about cinnamon - I knew it was helpful for diabetics but I didn't know why or that it slowed lowered the GI of foods you added it to.

I'm looking forward to seeing you post a picture of your beautiful sushi :-)

The cinnamon thing really interested me too.

I love Body-For-Life and feel like i have finally found a system that will work for me for long term

I don't like Myoplex shakes though - everyone else seems to love them.....what is wrong with me :(
