Why we do what we do.

This film is out there. However, if you scroll just to minute 48, and watch the part about neurotransmitters, you'll understand how your own mind works.

As soon as I saw this, I understood exactly why I used to overeat.

Wow it's heavy stuff but really fascinating. I have been reading a bit about it in another book at the moment.

I am thinking of buying the body for life book and training diary to replace the program I am following with my husband. We are doing a weight loss program but as soon as his body fat goes down he is moving onto muscle building so I think I will adopt the BFL concepts for myself. I don't know anything at all about it mind you

Is it hard

Thanks for this interesting video (and thanks for pointing out where to start watching so I didn't have to wonder!). I ended up here by the way from your comment in G.R.'s blog (Twice The Man).

I have seen this movie about a year ago, frankly I got lost. But there certainly are lots of reasons that can be looked at for our behaviors and I want to be doing this more closely in myself.

Very deep, but very insightful. Thanks for sharing!
